We (the clients) agree to pay the final 1/3 of fees upon receipt of DVD slideshow.  DVDs will be delivered 4-6 weeks (if not much sooner) from wedding date.  DVD source image files will be delivered after final payment is received.

We the clients have viewed the photographers’ professional portfolio either in person or on the web site, or we have booked their services based on recommendation. In doing so we accept the photographers’ artistic interpretation and technical judgment for our photography shoot.

In the event of a complete camera failure on the shoot day, (i.e.  photography cannot continue), or that the photographers do not arrive due to accident, injury or uncontrollable circumstances, a full refund will apply and any further fees waived

Keith Shaw Photography or any employees/assistants of Shaw Photography are in no way responsible and accept no liability for any accidents, injuries or deaths to any persons resulting in conjunction with this photo shoot; nor are they responsible for any loss, damages to personal or public property in conjunction with this professional photo shoot. 

CONDITIONS OF IMAGE COPYRIGHTS:Clients understand and accept that engaging Keith Photography’s services in no way indicates a relinquishing of the photographer’s copyright hold on the images. 

Photographers retains all rights to publication meaning that:- clients can reproduce images produced by Shaw Photography for personal/family use only.- clients cannot in any medium publish, sell or trade any images produced by Keith Shaw Photography without written consent of the photographer.- Keith or Carrie Shaw may publish (for promotional purposes) any images resulting from this engagement without further consent of clients.- Keith or Carrie Shaw may enter any images in photography contests without further consent of clients (we will attempt to contact you - should we win!).* We the clients have thoroughly read through and accept the above terms and conditions without exception:
